Terraria Pets Not Spawning

Ever since then i ve been unable to get my pet to auto spawn if it s in my inventory i can just use b but if it s in the pet slot then it doesn t spawn in.

As the title states i m having issues with my pet not respawning when i spawn in after dying. Active 6 years ago. Either type of pet can also be summoned by using its item from the hotbar but only if the slot it could go into is empty or hidden. I tried again with a fishing rod in my inventory but to no avail.

Jun 10 6 19pm my artificial crimson biome is not spawning monsters i made my artificial crimson biome 200 blocks of crimstone no face monsters or blood crawlers are spawning do i have to be offscreen it would also be nice to see an example of an artificial crimson. I ve tried unequipping the items removing them from inventory etc. My friend s are re summoned automatically when they die and respawn. I m pretty sure at least the pet did before but not anymore. Removing a pet s item from its slot will not dismiss the pet but placing a different pet item in the slot will replace the pet.
